I mean.. one of those "guests" is usually me, since I browse giantslair without being logged in.
It could be bots, though search engine bots are usually self-identified (see https://giantslair.com/online/ )

edit: Oh, every time someone joins the TTT server or opens the motd it also shows them as "guests": <image>
