+1 on 30 days Maybe with the caveat of it changing ownership on day 30 as a kind of 'last chance' to a town trusted member of some sort, last thing you'd want as a town member is for the owner to disappear then have everything get screwed up.

Sometimes it's easy to press up-arrow to go to the last command quickly while selling inventory junk. Have accidentally sold a couple tools by now that I definitely didn't mean to lmao. I noticed /buyback is a command that exists, just simply says you have no items to buy back. :D

Bots/scrapers/AI scrapers/google analytic search console bullshit/etc etc etc. Probably 95% of the non registered 'users' are just some sort of bot thingy.
