Just look at the HUD and stand > 800 units away, and you won't die. Granted, there are some maps where if everyone is spamming them, it can be hard to avoid, but you should then see countless icons on your screen.

Provide a random loadout with ammo to anyone and give everyone full ammo regardless of rank. It's not very fun when you cannot find a weapon especially on maps like Crummy where there's only 5 weapons near the spawn yet everyone spawns in the same spot.
