Implemented Update Traitorous acts to fit with rules

  • Activating, deploying, or equipping traitor-only weapons.

This point needs updating since i've been told things from the detective and traitor shop like the teleporter is also KOSable, even through its not a traitor only item.

Edit: Looking at Extended Rules. It does list the Teleporter as a Traitor Only Weapon while it is buyable by the detective

I never thought this was controversial but I've seen disagreements on whether shared t/d equipment is traitorous or not a few times now (it is). This is a pretty minor semantics change that will hopefully go a long way in clarifying that. I'll make a not to fix this when I'm home. Feel free to tag me in discord if I forget.
