Pending Buff Damage Multiplier For Head Shot Weapons

I remember certain guns used to have stronger head shot damage.
It seems like the head shot multiplier on some of the guns has been nerfed.
This leads to certain guns under the 150 damage range taking two head shots to kill at lower karma levels.
The default multiplier for a head shot gun is usually "4" (e.g. default Deagle & Rifle)
I recommend the number 4 or 5 for all guns that are supposed to one shot kill with a head shot.

Here is a list of head shots weapons at full karma:

Detective Weapons
Traitor Weapons
Modded Weapons
Default

105 HP with Dragunov SVU
375 HP with Smith & Wesson 500
126 HP with Intervention
420 HP with Barrett M82A1 (75x8)
208 HP with Colt M1911 (26x8)
200 HP with AWP (50x4)
200 HP with Remington 1858 (50x2.7)
196 HP with PSG-1 (35x8)
180 HP with HK SL8 (30x6)
180 HP with M14 EBR (30x6)
168 HP with Silenced Pistol
160 HP with Colt Python (40x4)
148 HP with Deagle (37x4, default magnifier is "4", could be 185 with "5")
140 HP with Luger (35x4)
135 HP with KSG (45x2.7)
105 HP with M24 (30x3)
105 HP with Winchester 1873 (50x2.7 Back then, this used to be 50x4)
200 HP with Rifle (50 x 4)

If you have low karma, some weapons shouldn't perform as well. Some weapons should drop from a 1 shot headshot to a 2 shot. People should be urged to keep their Karma up.

That is true, but for most cases, karma just punishes players who kill people for overtly traitorous acts (i.e. throwing harmful grenades, damaging the traitor tester, etc).
Why should a faster pistol like Colt perform better than the Deagle when they could both easily just do one shot to the head?

I agree with this. Weapons shouldn’t be tweaked to circumvent Karma. If you want to 1 tap people, don’t play so aggressively

I agree that in some instances, you should be punished for having low karma. Currently, if you're shooting someone with armor and you have 960 karma, you do not one-shot them in the head. That seems a bit harsh imo.

their have been plenty of times where ive killed an rdming inno and been forced to use a colt instead of a deagle the next round cause i can no longer hs thru body armor, hovering around 1000-900 karma shouldn't punish a players damage imo

But there are certain players who spam discombobs as innocent in terrortrain. It's certainly not aggressive to pursue a player committing a traitorous act by any means.
You should use your best reasoning to determine who is innocent and who is not. Jumping on Traitorous acts should be done with the mindset of 'Oh if I do this I will have reduced damage and I can get Karma banned if I do it repeatedly', not just the latter.

1 Inno worth of damage depletes your Karma to ~930. You can still headshot through body armor at this Karma. It takes 2, and by then you should probably be feeling the punishment of killing innmos repeatedly- even if they deserve it. T-baiting is allowed as it's a means for fun, you should be careful about your Karma and determine if someone really is a T before braining them, not just merc'ing them because you can via the rules

what is this, seriousttt?

This is just not true. At 960 karma the deagle cannot 1 shot thru body armor.
What percentage of damage reduction do you suffer from at that level? I constantly have low karma and I have little trouble with Deag headshots. Rarely do I end up not 1-tapping people because of it

No but the people (like myself) shouldn't be able to loophole their dogass karma just because 'hurr durr my weapon has a fucking 10x Headshot multiplier lmaoooo'

ive literally dodged two karma bans since ive been tmod

Throwing Discombobs on train as an innocent isn't what I imagine as traitor-baiting for fun.
I agree traitor baiting is allowed, but the player that kills someone for t baiting shouldn't have to be punished for it, as it would discourage people from playing the game correctly anyway.
Again, why can the damage multiplier be 8 for the Colt M1911, which you yourself claim is one of the more overpowered guns, yet the Deagle has to stay at 4.

960 karma is way to harsh considering how many times innocents have tried to rdm me and ive had to fight back and it makes my deagle useless when im innocent. if people have really never gone down to 900 karma because of people being dumb they spend their inno and detective rounds doing absolutely nothing
