1. Do you meet all the minimum requirements listed in the Requirements Thread?
I do meet all the requirements.
2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I was asked if I'd like to join the moderator team, and I decided to accept the invite
Being a veteran player of the server, and other servers in the past, like the REDACTED server, I have a lot of knowledge of how to handle reports and how the player base likes to play, aka, rdm a lot lol.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
No past staffing experience.
But my IQ isn't cinder block status, I can use basic problem solving to understand the situation, and resolve it in a professional way.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
I'm active on both the website ( not as much on the website, but I do check it everyday when I plan to play gmod) and discord. Also of course the gmod server as well.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
10-20 hours would be reasonable, when my work is in season I work a ton or hours during the week, so I'd be noticeably less active but I would still try and hop on to handle reports and such.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
I just laugh at criticism, I don't take gmod seriously, 99% of the time lmao.
But in serious situations I would handle them professionally.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
I'd like to hear out both sides of the conflict, then make my judgement based on that.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Yes, very familiar.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Uhhh, probably a few rdm reports, but nothing serious like hacking or ghosting.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Well, I think most people like me, I'd hope, lol.
Rog the dog and Agennon both have vouched for me, but I'm sure if you ask any of the mod team they'd have a respectful opinion about me. (or maybe not, idk If I got op's out there)
