There are some scenarios where you can get away with a jihad timer being less than 4 seconds, but the 4 second max is a hard cutoff because it has to fit within the window between when the jihad is activated and when the explosion goes off. If you want the original clip to end with the pop at the very end, you'd be looking at 0:04-0:08, which I think is definitely too calm to be recognizable as a jihad.
In the second clip, the part you've highlighted would be 0:05. I think it might just barely fit, but some of it might be cut off. It's at least also more recognizable as a jihad with the added constant volume from the buildup in the background. My only reservation about it is that I feel like "miku miku beam" is the focal point of that and should be part of it. Depending on how important you think that is, I feel like you could maybe use 0:08-0:12 starting with "ready?"
