Crosshairs Off Centre

I keep forgetting to make this bug report so here it is, I will upload images tomorrow for reference. Similar has happened before with custom crosshairs, turned out to be an issue with pixel counts being even/odd and how render for each screen resolution

Two parts, one minor and negligible, one actually impactful



Discrepancy: 16 pixels on the bottom, 17 on the top, and 22 on the right, 23 on the left
Look I know it's tiny but I saw something was off the second I first logged lmao
