I think someone regurgitating a healthstation shaped microwave as a non-detective is a pretty considerable giveaway which is kinda why it was never really done on SGM. That and the time to break it + the time to switch to a weapon + ease of just blocking the damage due to it being a predictable source made it less practical than just jumping around and jihading.

This is the intended behavior, I was actually talking to Pierogi about this last night. Accepted.
