Pending Move "Random" from the center on the vote screen

I feel like Random gets selected so often because it's very easy to just select it and ignore the rest of the options.

Move it from the center and allow it to move around in the selection screen at random just so it adds a bit of cognitive awareness to look through the rest of the options before really selecting "Random"
