1. Do you meet all the minimum requirements listed in the Requirements Thread?
If not, please explain which requirement(s) you don’t meet and why.
Yes, I have about 40+ hours allotted in the server in the past two weeks.
2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I believe that I can take a step in a new level applying for the staff team. To elaborate, during my time in SGM, I grew very fond of the community, TTT in general, and had a great time staffing the servers (staffing also gave me something to do when I was dead during the round). I would like to be involved with this community because it's a former relic of past SGM players as well. It's only right to give back to this community as I did 10 years ago and I would love to be part of a loving community again.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
(e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)
In terms of experience, I have dealt with reports in the past, and was very familiar with the ulx menu, damagelogs, and punishment protocols. In full transparency, I am a bit rusty with the commands as it's been a long while since I've moderated a TTT server, but I'm sure I'll be able to pick it back up easily.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Provide a breakdown if possible.
Very active across the servers as my hours reflect that, and I check on the Discord and Forums daily to see what's going on in the community.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
Realistically, about 7-15 hours. Some weeks I can play more if I’m not too busy. I will find the middle ground of balancing my time on the servers with work, other responsibilities, etc.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
I can handle these situation well. Having real life experience, I can contrast this to how I work with customers in my job and treating everybody in a fair and calm manner. I am very open to criticism as well as I am always finding ways to better myself as a person. Also, I am familiar with handling a 32 person TTT server in the past and have handled many situations that align with these concepts listed above.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
I would describe my style as thoughtful and solution-oriented. I try to stay calm and listen carefully to all perspectives before acting. I believe that approaching conflict with empathy and clear communication can lead to a better understanding of the situation. My goal is to try to resolve issues in a respectable and constructive way in order to lead to a solution.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Yes, having a very extensive background in prior TTT servers, I would say that I have a solid grasp on the TTT server rules and standards.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Be honest — transparency is appreciated.
I never had any punishments during my time playing on SGM and Giant’s Liar.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Can you name any reputable players or staff who would vouch for you?
I would like to think that my reputation is really good with the community. I would describe myself as a very easy-going individual with a professional attitude on the servers + Discord. In terms of reputable people, Elvis, pigeon, and YoAmTrash can vouch for me.
