Just want to do a quick introduction/reminder of who I am
So I been known as Pixie Danni before Pixie Dimitri, I been around since early 2019 on SGM and was staff on SGM and AHG. Many people know that I am with Lordy (still am and we are living together), and that we play a lot together. I am still suffering from my health issues but I never let it get me down nor do I allow it affect how I treat others

1. Do you meet all the minimum requirements listed in the Requirements Thread?
If not, please explain which requirement(s) you don’t meet and why.
I do not think I have reached 15 hours yet, but due to a few appointments and some health issues flaring up at the moment. Though I can easily get the hours up!
2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I miss everyone and I do miss being apart of the team. I want to help others and keep the server friendly and positive.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
(e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)
I have been staff on both SGM and AHG, I been staff for a few DarkRP servers, two Death run servers, staff for a Minecraft server and I am staff for a few discords. I am also a community manager for one discord (soon to be starwars rp also), so I handle a lot of conflicts and harassment cases.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Provide a breakdown if possible.
I am active on TTT, still love seeing old faces. I am active on the discord, mainly sharing pictures and catching up with people. I will admit I am not that active on the forums currently but I will improve that.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
Depending on health I can easily dedicate 6-10hrs per week, though if health issues flair up, it would be 4/5 hours.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
I can handle pressure, criticism and heated situations very well due to being staff for Dark RP plus being ISD on a SCP RP server, you get a lot of hate for playing that role/job.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
Very calm, respectful and non-biased. I listen to both sides of the argument, look at the evidence (logs/clips) and then I will handle it from there. If either of the people involved are not happy, I would direct them to the forums and then present my evidence. While I am soft spoken most of the time, I am stern.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
I am very familiar with the TTT server rules and the general community standards as they are very similar/the same to the rules from SGM/AHG
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Be honest — transparency is appreciated.

10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Can you name any reputable players or staff who would vouch for you?
I say my reputation is good, only thing I would say is that I have a bad habit of pushing myself to help out and staff when I am not doing well, I remember coming on to staff after leaving A&E/ER or after being discharged from hospital
Ahalan, Agennon, Lightning and Elvis are four people who can vouch for me, though many people know me
