In Progress 80k Points Community Referral Giveaway

I'll be giving away a total of 80,000 points, split into three prizes. Here's how you can enter for a chance to buy yourself something nice:

Prize 1:

Prize 1 is 35,000 points, and is intended for people new to the forums. In order to enter your forum account must have been created after September 1st, 2025 and you must have a minimum of 5 hours in game across at least two different play sessions. If you qualify, simply comment on this post how you found this community and your favorite community memory so far. If you mention another player by name as having referred you to the community, they'll get an extra entry into prize 2. You can earn an extra entry by posting an introduction in the introduction subforum.

Prize 2:

Prize 2 is also 35,000 points. There are no requirements to be eligible for this prize, but if you win prize 1 your name will be taken off the wheel for prize 2. If you'd like to enter for this prize, comment your favorite community memory or the most creative RDM reason you've seen or used. Additionally, every new account that qualifies for prize 1 and mentions you as having introduced them to the community or been the reason they decided to stick around will earn you an extra entry. There is no limit to the number of extra entries you can earn this way, but I will not count entries tied to accounts I determine to be alts.

Prize 3:

Prize 3 is 10,000 points, given to the person who posts my favorite image of a bird. It can be a photo or a drawing.

Prizes 1 and 2 will be determined by a random wheel, while prize 3 will be determined by my choice. The giveaway will end one week from today on Tuesday, October 7th.

p2 - The most creative rdm will always be stacking the minecarts in the nether in minecraft_b5, and pushing them all back to the overworld at once, so you get this single frankenstein minecart that launches anyone who touches it at mach fuck in whatever direction it pleases.

p3 - My roommates and I watched The Big Year my senior year of college, and although it's a comedy, it did inspire me to go shoot some birds since I already had camera gear for my automotive and northern lights photography. Lucky for me, one of the coolest birds is native to the region of my college town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Caught this female snowy owl just a few months before I graduated (you can tell a female from a male by the fact that the males are almost entirely white).

P1 I found this community just by searching around for TTT servers after a long time without TTT on CS2, since valve decided it would be a good idea to get rid of CS:GO.

p1 - I simply found this community because there wasn't any semi-vanilla US based gmod servers nowadays and stuck around because of how inviting and kind this community is to newcomers. Every day It seems that I'm always getting awesome community moments, but my current favorite moment that I just can't let it go is @Husky being told "You should die" by one of @DaddyNexxus kid and the entire server just erupted in laughter. @Pingu has that clip recorded. I'm not letting that down because heck you Husky.


p2 - I wish I took a screenshot or recorded this moment, but when me and @Etch were goofing off late night on Clue, I rdmed him and was reported so I proceeded to give him an elaborate, expressive, roleplay inducing, immersive report that took creative time and effort to write down on the fly - right on the spot. Not even 5 seconds after i submitted this motherfucker instantly denied said "Skill issue lol" both in the fucking report and in vc. Fuck you Sketch enjoy your mid-life crisis you hobo.

P1: I Actually found the community through the Multiplayer TTT server selection. I’d just bought GMOD for the first time and remembering all the TTT videos I watched in my childhood made me want to check it out for myself. Honestly, picking a favorite memory is hard because of how much fun I’ve been having. There is a really memorable moment where I accidentally killed someone on round start with a barrel, which led to me getting killed, which led to the whole reason who killed me getting killed, which proceeded to set off a 5 person RDM chain, and it just sent me into a laughing fit.

P2: Loaded into a round in community pool, walked into the lobby and proceeded to be absolutely prop murked by Sure Lock. His excuse? “Sorry I need your body for something.” Most likely the secret knife. He proceeded to never find the knife and my RDM went to waste. It was fucking hilarious, that’s for sure.

p2: Favorite memory has gotta be this one round on teenroom where LiveLife was last T vs last inno and he just whiffed like 4 entire magazines against the inno at point blank range and then died to him It was so funny in spec voice chat, I had to turn on steam recording after that so I don't miss out on uploading it
p3: favorite bird has gotta be the hoopoe which is the national bird of israel. these guys are so majestic when they fan their head feathers out, plus the name hoopoe is pretty awesome
