I understand this might be a controversial sound/suggestion in general given the person behind it and their history. However, I feel if mainstream adult animation (smiling friends) can reference classic moments like this, it has a shot of being an iconic 2.5 second funny jihad soundbyte.
Bonus points if "i'm working on it" can be made a taunt noise :^)
