I disagree with the clutter point - you can configure how big the numbers are and even make them a bit translucent. The screenshots in the addon page are a horrible example because there the numbers hide a big part of the player model, you can definitely make them much less obtrusive

I think it's not too interesting for the inno side because there's basically no counterplay to it (unless you predict a pidgeon fire and try to hold a prop in front of you) For T side I think it's always hilarious using it, even if it's a bit brain-dead
