Yeah, this is honestly better. Taking a karma hit or risking getting killed for offing an AFK is pretty dumb. If someone has AFK'd for 2+ minutes of the round, the server should just auto-AFK them to ensure that an AFK in some obscure spawn point is not going to delay the round.

When there's 10 people on, 6 playing and 4 just AFK spectating the server required 8 RTV votes to change the map, essentially making it impossible to RTV. Please don't count spectators when determining the number of votes needed to RTV.
