I like clicking it fast and since there are already a plethora of other automatic weapons you can use I don't see a reason in making this one automatic.

The USC is in a fine state I agree with pigeon that the gun fits a very specific niche. I wouldn't enjoy any changes made to it and I don't think it needs to get changed.

This is just not true. At 960 karma the deagle cannot 1 shot thru body armor.

I agree that in some instances, you should be punished for having low karma. Currently, if you're shooting someone with armor and you have 960 karma, you do not one-shot them in the head. That seems a bit harsh imo.
