one way to probably cheat though is to hook up a video uploader to an api and call it a day

I think this issue is rather minor and reports/contents of the reports should stay on the forums. Creating another separate report/appeal system on the Discord would probably have some consistency problems from a moderation standpoint. Also having to monitor two separate platforms for reports...
