It would probably need to “roll” the skin for the round, so it stays consistent instead of changing each time you toggle. Since that would make the disguiser more powerful, it’d be worth testing to see if it becomes too strong. Also, requiring it to be a skin you own might not be necessary...

If warnings are expected to include a location to be considered sufficient, that should be listed on the main rules page. I would suggest updating the second bullet to read: Warnings must include the location, be timely, and allow teammates to clear the area.
