Speaking for myself, I don't really care - I think using our dev time on that special consideration would be a waste. Most time, there's more than one staff online. Consequently, for 99% of my observed in-game time, everyone has been actively playing if they weren't outright AFK.

Yes. While I'm the wrong person for how to set up the bind to toggle itself between going spec and leaving spec, what you would have to bind is ttt_spectator_mode:

-1 I do not see the need in any way. Fiddling with permissions just to do this is a bit goofy. Press F1 and tick the box or get a staff memer to do the command for you if a memer is available. And surely there's a regular command/variable that you can bind to achieve this without the in-chat...

Speaking to this specifically, the general staff expectation is to kick staff first. I wasn't there for the situation mentioned in Shoutbox, so I can't speak to the details at the time. But the norm is to treat staff equally or give favouritism to regular players over staff when kicking AFKs...

+1 to increasing the fun round rewards. -1 to those numbers, even at the lowest suggestion. Waaay overtuned in my opinion. But doubling the current fun round winner points would be fine, I think.
