Apparently if you do this the shoutbox temporarily gets confused about what emote to show:
Do these steps in order
From Discord, in the chatbox, select an emote (seems that it has to be an emote, cannot be an emoji)
Before sending that emote, go to the start of the message and add an < symbol...
I mean.. one of those "guests" is usually me, since I browse giantslair without being logged in.
It could be bots, though search engine bots are usually self-identified (see https://giantslair.com/online/ )
edit: Oh, every time someone joins the TTT server or opens the motd it also shows them...

I don't know how the workshop works, but 67th way is an example of a map with a permanently locked door (that leads nowhere) and a traitor trap that can lock a door.
I'm not sure if playing Wordle in the Discord every day counts as being an active member of the community,
but if yes, Distant Worlds 2 seems interesting.
Cube World looked great, very tragic what happened with the development of it.
I saw a free game called Veloren that looked superficially similar, but I'm not sure if the games are actually similar or if they're both just Voxel-based fantasy games.

and yet no one wants to put their points in because if they put any large amount to get a good chance he is just going to put more points in and win- so overall it's just him having fun playing the lottery and everyone else too scared
To make it feel less bad when you lose, even if still quite harsh, losers should get back 10% of the points they put in and winners would get their points + 90% of the rest of the points.
Example:
The current amount of points in the lottery is 100 000 points and the winner put in 10 000 of...
To make chained wins harder, limit the amount of tickets any one player can put in the lottery at any one time to 25% of the total amount of tickets.

The lottery currently has 1000 tickets in it ->
- The max amount any one player can have put in in the pot at that moment is 250...
