Previous staffing experienceback in highschool I was mod/admin for a few years, co-owned a server early in college for like 6 months

2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
Cus otherwise I get compelled to enact vigilante justice, and my wife won't let me do that on the road anymore so I need an outlet (this sounds funny but Im only half kidding). Honestly though I have a terrible habit of feeling compelled to help keep shit in order so figured I may as well be useful if I can
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
IT Manager for a couple of years and do some pre-sales work so know how to deal with people. Slightly embarrassing but I was part of leadership team of a large alliance coalition in Rise of Kingdoms for a few years, and have been forced to be clan lead in Clash of Clans for a couple years. As I said I was a mod/admin back when I was a teenager and was only quick to slay a few times, which I will refrain from since the evidence system here is sweet.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Honestly not very. I pop on the discord from time to time. I'll likely be a lot more active if I end up as staff. Same shit happens to me on every game I play that I get involved with the community in.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
This will vary greatly, especially with Borderlands and other games releasing. I will likely be on for at least a few hours a week unless I'm traveling, and could be on for many hours.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
Truthfully, pretty well. Was always a strong suit of mine in sports and work.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
Used to be avoidant, then I married a Hispanic woman. Now I communicate directly and get straight to the point.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Sure am
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
I've revenge RDM'd a few times but I think that's it.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Can you name any reputable players or staff who would vouch for you?
Great question, no idea. I think there'd be some slighly about neutral comments from maybe Wink, Noct, prisma, 8bit, pierogi. Really just naming anyone that I've played with consistently and actually was using my mic when they were on
