So recent comments on this addon just seem to say it doesn't work, but also, what's wrong with mid air crouching?
I gotta disagree on this suggestion too

Looks ugly, recent comments saying it doesn't work, and I don't see why this would be needed in the first place.

It worked when I tested it offline.
Currently crouch jumping is very ridiculous as it is, shifting players twice as high as a normal jump in a gunfight.
This addon minimizes it.

Looks ugly

In the .gif shown it does seem dodgy, but it's only in the specific case where a player has to jump over something, otherwise it minimizes the shifting that happens in the air, which seems like a fine compromise to me.
