Pending Death Station doesn't explode if you are 100HP

It’d be cool if it was a setting/perk to modify if it blows up instantly or to keep it the way it is now. It actually does deceive a few people into thinking it’s real health station with full health innos mindlessly pressing e to sell the illusion right now.
 
I just want this because my old-ahh SGM instinct for checkin if someting is death station or not is by trying to heal on it (which doesnt work here if you're full health)
