Previous staffing experienceA little while staffing at SGM. Was admin for the DR portion of the community shortly before its fall. Cant remember if I was staff at AHG or not honestly. Co owned a server when I was younger.
Why should you be considered for a moderator position?1. Do you meet all the minimum requirements listed in the Requirements Thread?

2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
SGM, AHG, and even Crescent were a big part of childhood. Its weird to see that it never just dies. Somehow it keeps going. I want to be apart of the rise of this one.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
Honestly probably forgot how to use the ULX menu but I have a video somewhere of darktooth showing the SGM team how to use it. Could probably find it if I need to.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Im mostly involved in wizard business. Not as active as others.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
3-7 hours a week. Like most of us, I grew up and got a big boy job. Have a partner that im soon to propose to. Ill do what I can.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
R.E. my previous answer. Grew up. The me you knew then is different from who I am now. Id say im a calm individual with a level head. I rationalize things a lot more.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
A big part of my job is to handle client complaints. Ive found that most people just want to be heard. Hearing both sides and directly answering why certain things were done has allowed me to succeed.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Yes.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Had a moment of miscommunication that led to a COI at AHG. All parties understood what happened. Was unbanned a month later.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Stand up guy. Probably a few people thatll recommend me. No one crazy
