Title. Let people barter better with the rest of the server if there's a higher pop, and maybe make it more clear via a chat prompt that you can use !rtv to revote. Most people tend to just default to certain picks and it can cause a feeling of staleness if the pop is high and cause the pop to lower fairly easily.
