Investigating [Forums] some ratings are cropped weird

Currently the ratings load a single spirtesheet but it always bugs out. This'll be updated in the future

IIRC the emotes are just a single image, all stacked on top of each other and cropped/displayed at the correct height. You can see this here and can be fixed, but I wouldn't know how
