Why you should be unbanned

I'm honestly not expecting to get unbanned, i know my behavior isn't something yall want in the server. i am rude, i insult people, and have huge anger issues, and yall have given me plenty of chances to fix the way i act and i never did, I'm sorry. the way i treat people is wrong and there's no excuse for it, to everyone i talked shit to and have insulted, i apologize deeply, i can only assume how annoying it can be having to listen to the things i say when everyone is just trying to have fun. i wish i could be having fun too and most of the time i am but I'm immature and act out when things don't go my way, its horrible behavior. maybe the month long ban is necessary for me and is a fit punishment, i don't disagree with that, but the reason I'm appealing is because i really don't want to miss out on the fun everyone is having, i think after seeing how serious yall's tolerance is for fools on the server, it really showed me that i need to straighten up, i really don't want to mess up again and be given a longer ban or even a permanent one. I'm extremely sorry and wish for this ban to be uplifted because this is a community i don't want to be separate from, you people are so kind and fun to play with and I'm tired of taking that for granted.​

Jace, I gave you your second harassment ban. I warned you multiple times & was alerted by other players that you had been partaking in toxic behavior for a significant period of time the evening I logged on. Your reactions to both my own & other moderators marking your reports & slaying you was evidence enough. I personally slayed you on mc_nuketown_xmas for RDM after which you stated "ksharp is a cuck". After you continued to rage, I witnessed you commit a blatant round-start RDM which led to a player leaving the server. Due to the blatant nature of this act, I pursued the unreported RDM and applied a slay to you. You responded by calling me a "fucking cunt". I then kicked you for harassment. You immediately returned and said: ""kicked for harassment" you have no friends you fucking loser" (I will attach the screenshots of this incident). I applied the ban after this.





Your time on the server so far has been tumultuous to say the least. In your 17 hours you have accumulated multiple punishments for toxic behavior & harassment despite being warned multiple times. On top of that, you have attempted to distance yourself from the community more than once. This includes leaving the Discord a few times after being killed or slain in game, harassing staff members in the shoutbox, and attempting to legally compel staff to delete your account.







Needless to say with your history I am not convinced. The "meat" of your appeal is full of statements that are completely and utterly contradicted by your past conduct which makes it nigh impossible for me to give you the benefit of the doubt. The fact that you claim you understand your ban & expect not to get unbanned indicate you may have taken some time to reflect on your actions. Unfortunately you have set a precedent before where you have apologized for your actions & "cooled off" but then immediately engaged in the same behaviors which led you to that point.

If you are serious about apologizing and straightening up, then I will expect to see this reflected in every facet of your behavior once your ban is up. Due to the circumstances surrounding your ban and taking your history into account, I am going to deny this.
