Why should you be considered for a moderator position?Do you meet the minimum requirements listed above?
Besides TTT Gameplay - I have been around and now finally have the time in life to be active within the community
What is your goal in joining the staff team?
When I step down from my last position it was because I did not have the time or good enough mental health after a multi-year run as a staff member.
I want to continue to help a TTT GMOD community grow and work to bring myself back into the community and grow the comradery through community engagement events
What skills or knowledge do you bring to the table?
I bring approx 2 years serving on the administration and leadership teams of TTT Servers and a Gaming Community.
Worked at the beginning and now in an advisory role within the community
I bring experience in growing and nurturing a starting community through my previous administrative experiences
In the real world (crazy place) I have led a team of 8 peers within my role in the IT world.
How committed can you be — short-term and long-term?
I finally graduated college and can actually dedicate time to game and hang and be active within a gaming community again
Can you handle serious situations maturely and calmly?
Yes - I wish I could post examples from the previous communities but their pages are now dead

How are your social skills? Can you handle conflict respectfully?
I tend to be the person who attempts to resolve conflict with people in a peaceful and professional manner. I work to hear both sides, remove prejudice from my decisions, and clearly explain the predicament and resolution to all parties involved.
How well do you handle pressure or discouraging moments?
Very Well - this aint my first rodeo and I know that the staff teams always work to pick each other up after issues to stand as one team!
Are you familiar with all relevant game/community rules?
I have read through the community rules and TTT rules to ensure that I have them committed to memory. I also am like 99.99% sure that I haven't broken a rule here yet?
How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing?
I am about to be a person with a full time job and nothing after - I am hoping to be committed between 10-15 hrs/every 2 weeks (but probably more)

How is your reputation within the community? Are there reputable members who would recommend you?
I hope to see community support! I know I have worked with a lot of the staff who are already here in the past and I hoped they enjoyed working with me enough to wanna see me here also!
