Why you should be unbanned
I placed a health station a little too close to my T buddy getting health and it killed him and another T buddy near us. I understand I should have been more careful in where I placed it but my intentions weren't to kill my team mates. I added the clip of what got me banned as despute it not really helping my case, you cant atleast see I was looking away from the health station that the person was using. I know I have a history of breaking health stations which I stopped but i've never had a history of rdming my t buddies intentionally. I agree that I should be banned but 3 months seems like a stretch when I have been trying to be a productive part of the community. thx xoxo

Hey there Kawaii. You were banned for a few things tonight and I will be breaking them down individually. To start, this is the total ban reason "Game Throwing + T on T RDM + History".

Starting with the Gamethrowing. I was alerted to the situation that occurred at 6:19PM EST when a staff member requested to handle the situation differently than is required on the MOTD. They had let us know that you had placed a Death Station next to a Traitor buddy that was actively healing, causing the Death Station to activate with 2 of your Traitor buddies next to it. You had not warned even though the rules dictate that you are required to warn when placing a Death Station that has a high likelyhood of being activated right away. As you are aware, Death Stations take priority over any other action if they are within another activatable object (such as a Health Station or an UNID body).

Your report response was "It waasnt that close to you and theres an icon".

The reason you were banned for game throwing is because of the intentional placing of the Death Station. You intentionally sabotaged your team by placing it there knowing that it would be activated.

The reason the ban was extended beyond the 8 weeks as the MOTD says, is because of the intentional T on T RDM's as well as your general History within this community. I understand that you might be turning a new leaf, but I will be honest with you and say that your pattern of behavior on the server does not suggest that. You have already been banned for Game Throwing once before for intentionally breaking Health Stations even when you were warned to stop. You have a massive history of getting 3 RDM's within our RDM Statute of Limitations and then leaving to avoid being Mass RDM banned. Not to mention just how many slays youve racked up within the last couple of months. You have a total of 44 slays across 66 hours, and you were gone for an entire month. Youve earned 16 slays this month alone with the last 6 of them being labeled as "Intentional RDM".

In your opinion, why should we unban you?
 
44 slays across 66 hours is 1 slay every 1 and a half hours which I'm honestly surprised isn't higher. I wont argue with anything with what you said so theres not much else to say then I'll be more careful next time and call out a death station if im placing it down.
 
Having 44 slays across 66 hours is indeed a lot. The ideal player has a small handful of slays. You are a regular within our community and you know our rules.

I am denying this appeal. If youre really turning a new leaf take these 3 months to reflect.
