Pending Make an auto-chat message for traitors when C4s are armed

This is inspired from @Regulation Gamer 's thread. I think having people warn for C4s is dumb. However, it got me thinking. We have auto messages for when death stations are placed. We also have auto messages when someone buys a jihad. I think it's pretty reasonable to have an auto message when a T-buddy arms a C4.

I don't think it's really needed, but I don't see the harm in it either, and I think some would appreciate this.

We already have a warning system for discomb/jihad[other 2 options that I cannot remember at all] but nothing for c4 aaand people seem to love/enjoy spamming c4 on certain maps... so a notification or a heads up that a c4 is in play would be amazing.

on a side note.. cause I can't be fucked to make a post about this.... is c4 more quiet than it used to be??? it feels harder to hear than it used to be in the past. (this could also be cause of my loud music causing me to go deaf)

Certainly feels like the proximity for the audio is less than when I used to play at SGM. Could just be hallucinations tho

i think the longer you set the timer the quieter it is

The timer changes how often the c4 beeps not how loud it is ..... (90% sure) and how ez it is to defuse the c4
