Right now , /home can be used anywhere as a tool to silently commit war crimes on other players borders when players log off without the effort of navigating there/insiding your access.
It can be abused further to expedite lava casts and other acts of terrorism (warping a lot to work on two casts at once, etc). Limiting it to only your stomping grounds would make such actions take more effort.
