I feel like you're biased. The skin itself looks to be of decent quality, so if cartoony skins are a-go for the server, it could be a good addition.

That said, the workshop page itself and its comments are some weirdo type shit.

This was 100% my thought (gonna try to ignore @Kermie 's comment on this one..)... friends.. TEEN titan.
 
I'm looking into adding an alternative model for Raven. If we can reasonably cut down the file size, we will add it.
