Why should you be considered for a moderator position?
I’m very knowledgeable in the rules and staffing Gmod servers. I don’t have limitless time right now, but am almost always available for input on issues.

Other than playtime
2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
Wanna join my old buddies and help out. Super excited that this is getting traction.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team? (e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)
Admin+ in my last 4 communities…
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)? Provide a breakdown if possible.
Not super active in discord, but I do lurk. I’m more of a forums and in game kind of guy.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
5 hours in game, always on call to answer questions from other staff.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
Yes
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
Middle of the road, calm down both sides and then talk it through if need be.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Yes
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers? Be honest — transparency is appreciated.
I was super bad, so they punished me by making me staff
