Hello @sephr,
This is for an incident that occurred earlier today on Hairy House, I initially had sent a private message about this incident but after looking over your history realized a slap on the wrist likely wouldn't have been the best route of action here. After sending @Josh my concerns we felt it was best to move forward with a 1 week game throwing ban.
I'll give you a chance to respond to this message and ask any necessary questions prior to continuing

That was literally 3-5 seconds before we won the round and had no bearing on us winning the round. In order to throw the round doesn't our team have to actually lose?
It was also something that could be seen as a joke or troll to get people to go out so I can pick them off anyways. I commented about this stuff immediately after the round ended

I apologize if the clip comes across as misleading, everything that had transpired happened roughly 30 seconds prior to the round end while c4s were actively in the house. some of which had blown up prior to the round end. Your statement could have had a direct effect on the outcome of the game and gives an unfair advantage to the innocent players. This was a pretty clear example of game throwing.
If there wasn't actually c4 planted and you used it as a con to scare people into a certain area, that would be a different story here.. but that is not the case
My main concern stands with how recently you were unbanned and the history you have revolving around these sorts of incidents.
My overall goal is to inform you while avoiding too harsh of a punishment, with that being said a traditional Game Throwing 1st Offense is four weeks in our motd. You were only banned for one week.
I highly recommend reading over our extended rules and asking mods/admins what would be allowable to avoid instances like this.
I will not be lessening the time on this ban at this time, and the appeal has been Denied.
