Introduction
Before applying, please carefully read the following:
Only activity on Giants Lair platforms counts toward time/activity requirements.
Not everyone can become staff — you’ll be up against other applicants.
Staff spots are limited, and applications may be competitive.
Do not submit fake or joke applications — this can result in a warning.
Do not advertise your application. If you have questions, message an Admin privately.
Do not mention your application in public channels or ask staff to review it.
Giants Lair Staff Structure
The Giants Lair staff team represents our community in-game, on Discord, and in the forums. Below is the staff hierarchy and what each role entails:
Trial Moderators
Not yet full staff members, but in a probationary period.

Select Admins and make higher-level decisions.

The owner of Giants Lair.Responsible for the overall direction, vision, and top-level decisions of the community.

As a Moderator, your primary responsibilities are:

Minimum Requirements (All Servers)
You must meet all of the following before applying:
Must be at least 13 years old
Able to communicate effectively in English
Linked Discord account
We use Discord for staff communication and moderation.
Two-Factor Authentication enabled for security

15 hours of gameplay on Giants Lair TTT servers in the past 2 weeks
20 total hours of gameplay on our TTT servers overall
Ensures applicants understand the rules, gameplay, and community culture

Self-Evaluation
Before applying, reflect honestly on these questions. You should include your responses in your application:
Do you meet the minimum requirements listed above?
What is your goal in joining the staff team?
What skills or knowledge do you bring to the table?
How committed can you be — short-term and long-term?
Can you handle serious situations maturely and calmly?
How are your social skills? Can you handle conflict respectfully?
How well do you handle pressure or discouraging moments?
Are you familiar with all relevant game/community rules?
How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing?
What does your punishment history look like? If you have one, how have you changed?
How is your reputation within the community? Are there reputable members who would recommend you?
