Why you should be unbanned

The sprays I used really wern't inappropriate, no pornography, racism ect. and they are funny. Here are the sprays in question:​

Prior to your ban I removed your spray and warned you to not spray sexual content, I then verbally warned you again when you asked why your spray wasn’t working in case you had not understood.

Also please do not post the image of the spray(s) that got you banned, I did not wish to see a pic of a guy sucking his own dick on a quiet Tuesday.

Earlier in the day you were warned by Lordy for one of the sprays you posted in this appeal and the spray was removed. Following that, you set your spray to another spray that violates our rules. I've since removed them from your appeal. This is our policy on sprays:

This applies even when the spray in question is a drawing or comic. Both the spray you were warned for by Lordy and the spray I banned you for depict sexual content. These sprays may not be as explicit as some other sprays, but you were warned for your spray and then used another spray that violated our rules.

Frankly, you've been playing a bit too lose the entire time you've been on the server. In the two days since you first joined, I've slain you five times for either intentional rdm or for kosing the entire server including your t buddies, I've been asked to pay attention to you potentially targeting other players, and you've now ignored a warning on your spray and posted two inappropriate sprays back to back. I personally don't believe you're intentionally trying to cause problems on the server, but your play patterns so far have consistently pushed the boundaries of our rules. I think taking some time off will be a good wakeup call to be a bit more mindful of how you're playing all around, and to read through our rules. I'll give you an opportunity to respond here before I make a final judgment on this appeal.

I do not recall any warning that the sprays were inappropriate, and I assume I either didn't hear you or was tabbed out at the time. Also none of those images depict any genitalia, holes, nipples, sex toys (even though one of the maps has a concrete dick) or sexual substances. All there is, is a cartoon man who's mooning the camera and in a position that suggests he is sucking his own penis. Also idk where you got that I told someone to kill themselves but that never happened unless I was referring to them actually kill binding ingame when we are the last two alive or in a gunfight. Also when you gave me 5 slays for KOSing the whole server, I was a T and my KOS resulted in 1 T buddy of mine getting killed, and the other person I was slayed for was an innocent that I should have full right to KOS.

Finally, I apologize to anyone who somehow felt offended by my sprays, they aren't at all disturbing in my eyes but everyone is different. If I am allowed back on the server I will stick to a less derogatory spray, and will stop saying 'RDM round KOS everyone' and things to that extent, at least without specifying that it is not valid.

Lordy removed your initial spray and warned you via pm. You likely didn't see this, as a little while later you asked what happened to your spray, to which she explained the situation to you over voice chat and warned you for it again.

As you have yourself acknowledged, your sprays depicted sexual activity, which is against the rules.

I never made any claim that you told someone to kill themselves, I said I was asked to watch your interactions with another player who felt repeatedly targeted.

The point of bringing these up was to highlight a pattern of behavior where you've been playing aggressively and disruptively. KOSing your t buddies is bannable on the grounds of gamethrowing. Given that it was only one t buddy killed for it, and I didn't believe you were intentionally gamethrowing, I got discretion to issue three slays instead. The other two slays were for killing a KOSed detective. Being KOSed is traitorous, but detectives are immune to traitorous acts and cannot be killed for them.

Finally, I apologize to anyone who somehow felt offended by my sprays, they aren't at all disturbing in my eyes but everyone is different. As I said before, I don't believe you're intentionally causing problems on the server. You seem like the kind of person to go along with the energy of the rest of the server, and that's gotten you into trouble here and there. I really just want you to be mindful of the rules as you're playing. I do think that some time off is still warranted and would be beneficial, but I'm happy to reduce the length of the ban considering that these sprays are on the more tame side of being against the rules and I don't believe there's any malicious intent.

I'm adjusting the length of your ban from 2 weeks to 4 days. Appeal accepted.
