Why you should be unbanned
Being banned for toxicity after being rdm by pirate he said N word btw and was only kicked and I wasn’t even given warning or anything just straight banned for no reason on context of why? I wasn’t saying anything hateful I’d appreciate atleast a warning before being banned​

Ok, thank you for the patience.

I banned you for a day for toxicity as a result of the continuous, various mentions of Israel (mostly regarding donations) across the span of three maps, continuing despite me warning you to stop, mostly because it was non-stop.

The first couple of clips here demonstrate your first few mentions of the topic before I warned you, and the first album is also the mentions in chat prior to my warning.

After I had to leave for a bit, I was informed by one of the other staff online that it continued to happen after the warning. Note that everything in the album below happened after my warning to you.

As a result, I decided to go ahead and give you a 1 day timeout. I personally think you should sit this one out and re-think how you approach those topics - while nothing you said I would say is considered hateful conduct, it was becoming too much especially after I had warned you to chill a bit.

As per the mention of someone not being slain for a report - that is an entirely different situation itself, from my conversations with @[CK]PandaWithAGun (not letting me tag for some reason) it looks like he dealt with that report. This is not the place to discuss the report response, so I advise that you reach out to him directly via forum DM or message his admin if you have concerns about a report verdict.

I will let @rog the dog take it from here.

Pirate was kicked for the use of the slur and punished accordingly.

As far as your report on him goes, I handled that. You reported pirate with the reasoning "pls dont report me because im from israel thats racist and antisemetic" so I immediately assumed it was a joke report and dismissed it. This coupled by your behavior leading up your ban led me to believe you weren't acting in good faith or taking anything seriously.
 
So u can’t support Israel on this server? Noted i wasn’t aware of the warnings but god forbid you put it in the rules instead of taking it upon yourself to make it up. I didint break a rule I just annoyed you I guess that’s a crime in itself. I recommend you put it in your server rules that mods can ban due to being annoyed despite not doing anything against rules just being annoying 😂 maybe warn me next time properly instead of pulling tigger on ban when getting annoyed even the guy saying slurs got kicked first as warning I believe I deserve same level as respect as the racist

For my part, you probably typed in chat about donating to Israel about 50 times from what I can tell in the screenshots, and yeah honestly you were being pretty weird about it. You mentioned something about the rules, I attached the part of the rules that covers what props did here, specifically general rule #2 in the motd.

The reason he gave for the ban was general toxicity, and honestly I don't disagree with that assessment, this ban could have also been honestly handled under the spam protocol because that's what you were doing as well.

I have no issue with this ban, sit out the day, behave when you get back.
