2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
Been a bit since i got involved with a community plus it is something to do.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
Been an admin before, can be present, good sounding board for things.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Discord daily I would say.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
a few hours a day so probably 20+ a week. May change depending on work hours but that is the way for everyone.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
I would say well enough. Must have tough skin to deal with people.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
Will be blunt and to the point, Will quote Rhazh here from his application because it honestly applies to me as well.
"I get straight to the point. I explain the rule and why we have the rule, and most people listen. The people who don't listen usually aren't people we want on the server anyways".
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Would say I am familiar with the rules.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Single ban when I was with friends server hopping, then came back and played. mostly just slays for wrong calls, so the same as most staff.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
I would say here and generally good via discord at least. Wouldn't know if anyone would vouch or not because I have not asked if they would or would not haha.
