2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I am well known, well experienced, and committed to the family tree of SGM. I love simple TTT, everywhere else over-dos it. I love the people, and I love punishing the naughty civilians ?
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
(e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)

4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Provide a breakdown if possible.
Will be very, daily.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
2-3 hours a day. I work full time but willing to commit to server daily.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
Greatly, always recording helps a lot. I worked as a server and known how to remain calm in stressful and uninviting situations. I am confident in my work to take care of the problem swiftly and easily.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
Make both parties understand their punishment and why I chose that outcome. I will always try to make both parties happy; but will always let them file a report of they are too angry and don’t agree with the ruling.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Yes, previous Mod/Admin.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Be honest — transparency is appreciated.
A little bit of RDM but no major punishments.

Almost everyone on AHG+SGM. RyanHighman, Pierogi, Ori, etc (fun fact, I urged pierogi to apply and the rest is history ?)
