2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I enjoy the community and so far I’ve had a great experience playing on the servers. I would like to make sure that future players can also enjoy their time playing here. I also want to assist in moderating during low pop hours when not many other staff members might be on
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
(e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)

Other than that, I have an extensive history of being on the side of getting punished by staff members. I know how I felt, and I have seen the way that I reacted and the actions I took mirrored in other members that have also caused trouble in the past. I believe I have a good understanding on what course of action I should take in order to resolve conflicts between individuals, and how I should approach members that may disagree with a staff decision/punishment
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Provide a breakdown if possible.
TTT: I’ve been playing the server a few hours almost daily these past couple of days
Forum: I recently made my account, but I had been keeping an eye on the forums before that
Discord: I used to be very active on the discord before the servers went live, but I then left for a couple of months, recently returned
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
I can put in 3-4 hours each day depending on how busy I am. Maybe a bit more during the weekends
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
I can handle these situations well. The only issue that I could see happening is when multiple people are arguing over voice chat (because I don't often use a microphone) they may miss a warning or message in chat. However I feel I could work something out
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
As mentioned previously I have experience and understanding on how someone might feel when they get in trouble. I know what I should do to keep things fair for all members involved, and come to an agreement. I remain professional and put any bias or personal feelings aside when handling conflicts

9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?

I went a little over this during my introduction
In sgm I had a lot of issues, some of which carried over to ahg. I was a terrible person and it remained that way for years. Time and time again I would go back to my toxic old self and do something bad despite promising that I would not do it again.
I have worked really hard during recent years, with the goal of showing everyone that I have changed for the better. If anyone has concerns or would like to discuss this further please don’t hesitate to mention it
