Today I present to you a huge, fantastic idea.

DINOSAURS

Yeah, I know. Bold, revolutionary, never been done before.

Have you heard of The Isle? Lets have a GL Server

Imagine you are the animal. No quests. No hand-holding. Just survival.

The Isle is a hyper-realistic dinosaur survival game where every decision matters. You start small, weak, and completely vulnerable. Your goal? Grow, adapt, and don’t die.

Food isn’t just handed to you. Sure, there’s some AI prey wandering around, but the real meat of the game (literally) is other players. Every dinosaur you see could be your next meal… or the reason you don’t log back in.

You have to:

• Hunt intelligently or be hunted brutally
• Manage hunger, thirst, stamina, and injuries
• Navigate a massive open world with real danger around every corner
• Trust other players… or betray them before they betray you

And that’s where it gets interesting.

This isn’t just a survival game, it’s a social experiment with teeth. Alliances form, packs hunt together, herds migrate, and sometimes everything falls apart in seconds because someone got hungry.

Picture this:
You’ve spent hours (LITERALLY) growing your dinosaur. You’re finally strong. You’ve got a group. You feel safe.

Then the water runs low. Food gets scarce. Someone in your group starts looking at you a little differently…

And suddenly, survival isn’t about dinosaurs anymore, it’s about people.

So yeah.

DINOSAURS.

But really… it’s about instinct, risk, and the kind of chaos that only happens when survival has no rules.

This is one of the larger dino communities with very large populated servers, showing some custom bots they have developed for discord, a portion of their intergrated website that generates points for skin purchases and lootbox system. They have active heatmaps on their discord that update every hour to show high activity zones on each server and a rank system. Skins are created by the community and thrown into a skins channel on discord for updoots.

There are many creators for the game, but the ones that a wildly popular right now are coming from a guy that has intergrated his mumble server for proximity chat which obviously makes it much more entertaining.

you never fuckin said anything about a GL server, you just asked if we knew the isle and then explained the game mechanics and wrapped it up in a suggestion thread without actually making a call to action

fam it's not hard to say in a suggestion post the literal suggestion itself of "GL should make a server on The Isle"
