active on all platforms daily

i am opened minded and handle all very well as part of a actual job as well

keeping a open mind on everything and seeing both sides of peoples stories

8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
i am familiar with all rules

9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Be honest — transparency is appreciated.
2000 counts of rdm besides that none

10. What is your reputation like within the community?
Can you name any reputable players or staff who would vouch for you?​
 
This application is absolute dog shit. In fact, my puppy ate a couple crayons last week and shit some out that look better than this application. You didn't spend anytime at all, and honestly, you could have probably just taken a note out of @Storm's book and have ChatGPT fill it out for you.

That being said, I'm not a huge fan of applications, and I personally think in some cases (not all), they're pretty meaningless. You're well known in the community. You can be trolly sometimes, but honestly, you crack me up and it's almost always in a good way. I think you'd do just fine at staffing. +1
 
Not sure if I'm allowed to comment, but the first staff ethos is: professionalism, and the third is commitment.

This application is not professional, it doesn't even attempt to be. It also shows a lack of commitment - if you can't commit to the modicum of effort required to make a passable application, that isn't a good sign. I'm still unsure if this isn't just a joke/troll application.

In any case, taking this application seriously, let alone accepting it, would be a disservice to the staff (and players) who did put effort into their application.

Going into this, Your application shows 0 effort, and while you're fun to be around, I don't see the mentality in you I would expect from staff. In the time the servers been open you have received
a whopping 33 slays. Some of which by the slay reason are completely intentional RDM's.

I don't know if you are applying in a serious manner, but if you really are I would expect your behavior to reflect that and it simply doesn't.

Until a noticeable change comes through in terms of your handling of yourself on our server I cannot recommend you as being a good choice to join our staff team.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a staff member of the community. Several people above have pointed out your lack of effort in your application, I would recommend expanding a bit on some sections, most notable What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?. You can use real world experience if needed if you don't have prior staffing experience, there is a lot more to staffing than just being on the server. If you need ideas or help rewriting your application feel free to reach out.

I would like to bring up a situation I had with you last night. Within a few seconds of the round starting you prop killed an AFK as innocent, this started a chain of kills that ended up with 3 innocents dead due to that one action. You took a slay for the RDM chain that you caused. Causing RDM chains is not something we want from staff members, especially intentionally. On the other hand, when responding about your second kill you were able to effectively articulate why the second of your prop kills was valid when pm'd about it. It's clear you have a very good knowledge of the rules and if you applied yourself towards working on professionalism you could become a good candidate for staff in the future.

-1 For now. I hope if you're serious about wanting to be staff that my opinion will change in the future.

It is with great amusement that I reviewed your application. Though sorely lacking in any refinement or compelling narration, I found it to be appropriately curt and concise.
Regrettably, the tone of your application - and even your responses - make it difficult for the uninitiated to ascertain whether your intent is genuine.
For a moment believing that your interest is earnest;
I do believe that you have great potential to be a good staff memer and positive voice in the community (no pun intended). Your activity is stellar and though you might need to curb some RDMing behaviour, beyond that you've been a fun presence on the server from what I recall.
If you truly wish to offer your time to the community, I'd be happy to have you on the team with us.
Some token to show the others that you truly want to be a part of the team, would go a long way.
If you can provide that, it's a +1 from me - it's worth a shot.
For now, it's a tentative +0.5.
