Why you should be unbanned
Banned for disturbing content spray, I posted an inflated pooltoy furry spray, have been using several varients of my sona since I started playing last week, several mods have commented/complimented, and have given zero indication the content was in any way rule breaching. No Nudity or sexual implication was involved, literally sunday-level cartoon level of content here.​
 
I have seen this and will respond shortly. In the meantime, could you please explain to me what kinds of Sunday morning cartoons you're watching that involve a creature being inflated by an anal probe?

No butthole is shown, nor any adult bits. If that particular image offends you, I'm happy to take it out of my spray rotation.

This is not about the image offending me, it's about the image offending the rules. Here's how our rules define disturbing content (emphasis mine):
6. PORN, GORE, and DISTURBING CONTENT

1. Porn is any image/video depicting sexual activity, nudity (genitalia, nipples or holes), sex toys/objects, or sexual substances.
2. Gore is any image/video that depicts Blood, cut body parts, people/creatures being injured, bodies/corpses, and similar things.
3. Disturbing content is content that is graphic or unsettling, this includes content that sexualizes animals.
4. Disclaimer: Up to the interpretation of the staff member issuing the ban.
- Note: Telling someone to kill themselves is considered disturbing content and will be punished accordingly
- Note: Staff reserve the right to remove any and all sprays. If deemed to be DC, but only borderline, a warning may follow. Continued use of borderline sprays will result in a ban.

Do you see how what you sprayed violates that definition?

If you're going for #1, it's not in violation any more than multiple other sprays I've seen, including the simpson's spray that was put right next to mine right before the ban, showing bart(?) in a black thong, arms raised, hips gyrating.

If you're going for #3, Furries are not animals.

Again, Happy to remove that spray from the rotation and stick to my previously used ones which have all passed muster.

I really want to be able to accept this appeal, because you've been an active member with minimal other history. However, your statements so far have made it difficult for me to do so. I need you to acknowledge the following things for us to be able to continue:
1. Regardless of what others may or may not have posted, your spray absolutely depicted sexual activity.
2. Furries count as animals as far as the rules are concerned.
3. If your appeal were to be approved, your next offense would be a 4 week global ban.

I can acknowledge 1 and 3 without problem. In regards to 1, I encourage the moderator/admin team to potentially have a sit down on more even enforcement, as again, I've seen other quite questionable sprays that received no action.

2 is a bit of a sticking point, and I'd love to have a discussion outside of this with you on the merits of Animal vs Sentient Being and the interpretation between the two and why your viewpoint is a bit problematic. HOWEVER, for the distinction of blanket rule application on this server, I can accept your interpretation.
 
In light of third party comments and to avoid this turning into a discussion thread, I'll lock it pending Pierogi's response.
Should you, Kavu, have anything you need to add for the purposes of this appeal, please message me, and I'll unlock it for you.

My apologies, I had unbanned you on the TTT server on Monday but didn’t hit save on this post.

Appeal accepted, but as we discussed, the ban will not be voided from your history.
