I'm Of the mind that pretending that nothing can be done about how little points you can get from gameplay (decent effort) compared to just afking (minimal effort) will hurt the server more then lost ratings from less people afking. This suggestion is doomed cause they aren't going to get rid of...

I Think adding adding a favorites tab sitting above secondary weapons that you could add weapons or grenades to likely by clicking a star icon would be a nice QoL addition to reduce a fair amount of mouse movement from hitting F3 to clicking the weapons we want.
