Orrr what could be a solution is to make that round exclusive to certain maps.... dust2... community bowling... both of these maps as well as some others that I can't be fucked to remember the names off.... have already plenty of props by default... just make it so the fun round can only happen...

Using barrels from the gun.... would be extremely difficult... since the barrels despawn after couple of seconds...... you would basically need your opponent to miss and hope their barrel lands somewhere close to you ..... but even than I doubt most people would be able to throw it back quickly...
