Pending Barrel bash changes

One in the chamber style. Players get a magneto stick and a barrel gun with 1 shot. Every kill gives their barrel gun another shot. Magneto wars>barrel gun wars.

Solid idea... only issue... what if you get a map that doesn't have any props that you can propkill with.
Dolls might be a good example of this... I thiiiink there is maybe like 1 or 2 props in the doll house itself that you could probably use but outside of that... you pretty screwed.......aaaaand barrel gun wont help u either those barrels disappear after a short while.

I guess you could slap a crowbar in everyone's hand as a solution but that would just be one in the chamber with extra steps.... or i guess one in the barrel in this case

Using barrels from the gun.... would be extremely difficult... since the barrels despawn after couple of seconds...... you would basically need your opponent to miss and hope their barrel lands somewhere close to you ..... but even than I doubt most people would be able to throw it back quickly enough... as for the 1 min idea.... that would be super boring.... every time you miss you just sit in a purgatory waiting for another chance....

Maybe some sort of system that spawns barrels at the start of the round.... although im not sure if A. that is even possible and B. you still have the issue of people losing those spawned in barrels to the outside map.


We could just make it into harpoon wars but just with barrels... than the losing props issue would go away but than again that would just be harpoon wars just with barrels instead.

Not to mention that increasing the timer before they despawn would likely cause lag

Orrr what could be a solution is to make that round exclusive to certain maps.... dust2... community bowling... both of these maps as well as some others that I can't be fucked to remember the names off.... have already plenty of props by default... just make it so the fun round can only happen on those maps... dust 2 barrels would need to be fixed so they are indestructible tho aaaand we probably should check if they wont fly out of the map either...

I love this idea. Can't imagine making the barrels not despawn would be too difficult of a task to accomplish. If sandbox and darkrp servers can thrive, surely ~30 dynamic props max on ours won't be an issue?
