I was thinking there could be a seller block, that when a item goes into it, through a hopper or placing it in it, would be automatically sold to th system with the same prices of /sell. The money would go to the land it was placed on. Not sure if this is possible, but it would be epic for money...

30 days is fair, but if it’s a well know players (like whoever owned Tetos) they should get permission from the owner to delete it, or give them a warning in a dm or smth. Some players own land, give trusts to well known players then just leave, and the claim shouldn’t expire if a top-trusted...

I agree. I think if it is about to expire a higher up should approve it, for example Tetos recently expired (@CelDamage you still gotta clam it) and that was still being used. If it’s someone’s land who hasn’t played and isn’t being used, it should be approved to expire.
