Pending Seller (redstone)

I was thinking there could be a seller block, that when a item goes into it, through a hopper or placing it in it, would be automatically sold to th system with the same prices of /sell.
The money would go to the land it was placed on.
Not sure if this is possible, but it would be epic for money farms

+1 if the block “takes” a cut of the sale. Basically make it less tedious to use the block, but more economically efficient to manually sell
