Previous staffing experiencePrevious TTT staffing experience, was pretty experienced with deathscenes and dealing with reports back in the day but its been a long while so I'm probably rusty.
Why should you be considered for a moderator position?1. Do you meet all the minimum requirements listed in the Requirements Thread?

2. Why do you want to join the Giants Lair staff team?
I enjoy playing with the other players in the community and would like to contribute in the continued growth of the community. The compulsion to help improve the community has become to great to resist.
3. What skills or experiences do you bring to the team?
(e.g., past staffing, conflict resolution, technical knowledge, etc.)
I have past experience with staffing so I am well versed in the rules and am very knowledgeable of the rules and processes of TTT as a whole that would help a transition into staffing be pretty smooth.
4. How active are you across our platforms (GMod, Discord, Forums)?
Provide a breakdown if possible.
Unfortunately I lack in any form of social media such as forums or discord servers activities and am better at responding when spoken to. I would be open to working to improve that but admitting openly that it is a weak spot for me.
5. How much time can you realistically dedicate to staffing per week?
I work an 8-5 job mon-fri so outside of that time I would be able to hop on for a couple hours on and off throughout the week and weekends ill make up most of that missing time for the minimum requirements.
6. How well do you handle pressure, criticism, or heated situations?
My IRL job has well conditioned me in high stress and heated situations, I tend to always stay level headed and refer back to the rules or what's "right". I take criticism well and will always appreciate being taught the right way if i'm in the wrong.
7. How would you describe your conflict resolution style?
I have a pretty strict by the books mentality when it comes to enforcing rules and will be firm fair and consistent with my rulings. I am the kind of guy who will stay professional but gladly explain my reasoning and thought processes on any conflict.
8. Are you familiar with the TTT server rules and general community standards?
Out of my nearly 6k hours in gmod, pretty much 5k of those hours are in the TTT gamemode. Not a fan of inventory servers so i'm used to this setting of rules and standards. I often find myself reviewing the motd just as a refresher, I tend to be a rules nerd and hold myself to a strict standard.
9. What does your punishment history (if any) look like on our servers?
Be honest — transparency is appreciated.
I think I have only been slain a couple times for accidental rdms or mistakes. I don't believe I have been kicked let alone banned for anything with the community.
10. What is your reputation like within the community?
I'd like to think that I am pretty well liked within the community but you never truly know lol. I get along with most of the mods and tmods in the server and socialize well with pretty much anyone.
